• Your travellers to access their travel itineraries using a PC, blackberry or similar handheld device.

Centralised reporting options

As a client of Duke’s Court Travel Management you have access, via secure login to a wide range of reports. Maybe you’d like to keep track of spend by cost center, or by individual traveller plus many other options.

The system also enables us to monitor usage of airlines allowing us to determine if your company could be eligible for a reduced route rate, or if we should be talking to a particular hotel group about better rates and/or upgrades.

Also in the event of a major international incident you’ll be fulfilling your duty of care to your employees by keeping track of exactly where they are in the world.

We will go though all the reporting options with you and tailor-make a report schedule to suit you.

Traveller itineraries – DCTM My Trip

A web based resource for travellers, which allows them to access their itinerary via a PC, or handheld device, including; Wide range of information on air, car, hotel, rail reservations Access to e-ticket information, weather, mapping, driving directions, and hotel images Flight status information for flights in the itinerary Flight status (departure/arrival) information for flights on participating airlines Wireless access to Internet-ready cellular telephones Language translations available in Dutch, English, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, and Spanish
